We retail across D2C, marketplaces, and offline partnerships, with customer delight at the core of our brand promise.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be the voice of STRUTT across all customer touchpoints. The role involves managing customer queries, emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media interactions, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media messages.
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, and product information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Coordinate with the operations & logistics team to ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Track and report customer satisfaction, escalations, and common feedback trends.
• Assist in building customer loyalty and retention programs.
