Customer Experience Manager - B2C Sales

The Customer Experience Manager - B2C Sales position is currently open in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Ahmedabad. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for meeting prospective clients to explain the details of loans/products. You will be required to gather all necessary information and documentation and input them into the system. Handling customer queries and liaising with Credit teams from file login to disbursement stage will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will need to support Relationship Channels by participating in various campaigns and marketing activities to generate business inflow. Meeting assigned business targets based on leads from Contact Center, Consultants, marketing activities, and natural market references is essential for this role. To be eligible for this position, you should have 1 - 7 years of experience in Education/LAP/Mortgage retail loans, and a Graduate qualification.
