Job Title: Customer Experience Associate - Fresher (Female) Location: Chennai Industry: Food Products Import/Export Experience: Fresher Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Customer Experience Associate to generate new leads, manage client follow-ups, support sales coordination, and handle inbound and outbound communication effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads Handle inbound queries and provide relevant product information Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication Support the sales team in coordinating appointments and order processing Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions Requirements: Graduate in any discipline Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is a plus Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools preferred Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
