Job Description: As a Customer Experience Associate - Fresher (Female) at our Food Products Import/Export company in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Your main responsibilities will include generating new leads, managing client follow-ups, supporting sales coordination, and ensuring effective communication both inbound and outbound. Your day-to-day tasks will involve making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads, addressing inbound queries promptly with accurate product information, and maintaining regular communication with clients to nurture relationships. Additionally, you will assist the sales team by coordinating appointments and facilitating order processing while keeping detailed records of client interactions. To excel in this role, you must hold a graduate degree in any discipline and possess exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Tamil is essential, and knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage. Basic computer skills are required, and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
