Customer Engagement Specialist

You will be working as a Customer Engagement Specialist in Besant Nagar, Chennai. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers and provide them with a personalized experience. You should be proactive in connecting with customers, following up with them, and conducting campaigns aimed at adding value to their interactions. You will be required to conduct demos, presentations, and explain solutions effectively to customers. Your role will involve progressing customers through different stages of interaction, focusing on helping them achieve successful outcomes. You should be able to effectively engage with customers, uphold company pricing and revenue objectives, and independently communicate with customers for necessary documentation. Proficiency in MS-Office and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for customer acquisition and revenue generation through sales engagement. You will support customers throughout their sales journey, maintain regular communication through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations, and provide valuable information to customers regarding their residential plans. It will be important to follow through on all outreach plans and campaigns, coordinate with internal and external teams, manage brand expectations, and enhance customer investment. The working hours for this role are 6 days a week, with a focus on day shift and morning shift schedules. The role requires in-person work at the specified location in Besant Nagar, Chennai.
