Customer Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager for key accounts, your role will involve managing the full order-to-delivery cycle. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery. Additionally, you will handle customer communication, resolve delivery issues, and provide performance reports. Your focus will be on supporting continuous improvement in delivery operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in end-to-end delivery management and client interface across regions including North America, Europe, and India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the full order-to-delivery cycle for key accounts - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full delivery - Handling customer communication, delivery issues, and performance reporting - Supporting continuous improvement in delivery operations and customer satisfaction To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Communications, or Electronics - Fluency in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills - 5+ years of experience in electronics supply chain; 3+ years in key account delivery is preferred - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Experience with electronic data processing tools and proficiency in MS Office would be advantageous This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of key accounts and drive improvements in delivery operations.,
