As a Customer Delight Executive at myG, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a seamless and memorable experience. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, resolving queries, and creating positive interactions that enhance brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting via calls/online.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-purchase.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service delivery.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Promote myG products and services while ensuring customer delight.
• Help implement customer-centric initiatives to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
