Experience: 1+ year (D2C (Preferably Fashion) / Zomato / Swiggy preferred)


Key Skills: Fluent English, CRM expertise, Customer-first mindset


What You’ll Do


  • Manage post purchase customer journeys and interactions using CRM tools (mandatory)
  • Conduct feedback calls post-delivery to understand customer experience
  • Make abandoned cart calls to recover drop-offs and drive conversions
  • Handle customer communication across: WhatsApp, Instagram DMs & comments, Calls, and Email


What We’re Looking For


  • Clear, calm, and confident spoken English
  • Prior hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Ability to handle multiple customer touchpoints
  • Experience in Zomato, Swiggy, or D2C brands is a strong plus
  • Ownership mindset toward customer happiness
