Customer Delight Executive (Demo + Sales Role)

In-hand Fixed Salary: ₹22,500 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

Freshers, this one’s for you!
If you enjoy meeting people, giving product demos, and earning while you learn, this is the perfect on-ground role. You won’t be sitting behind a desk—you’ll be consulting customers, demonstrating products, closing sales, and growing fast.

Leads are provided — no cold calling.

What You’ll Do

• Visit customer locations as per assigned leads
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
• Act as a consultant, not a pushy salesperson
• Close sales and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Be part of the core on-ground team driving company growth

Must-Have Requirements

• Valid Driving License (DL) – Mandatory
• Willingness to travel to customer locations
• Good communication and people skills
• Customer-first attitude
• Freshers welcome (complete training provided)

Additional Earnings:

• Travel Allowance (TA): Bill-based reimbursement

1. Revenue-Based Incentive

• Achieve ₹3.5 Lakhs revenue → Earn 4% incentive
• Approx ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 extra

2. Sales Count Incentive

• 10 sales → ₹8,000
• 20 sales → ₹16,000
