Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic digital transformation team as a CDP & Marketing Analytics Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement customer data ingestion strategies, build real-time data pipelines, and develop AI-driven marketing strategies to enable hyper-personalized marketing at scale. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end customer data ingestion strategies from various sources into a unified CDP. - Build and maintain real-time streaming data pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Kafka. - Create composable Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) utilizing modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks. - Develop and deploy AI/ML-driven customer segmentation models including behavioral, demographic, and predictive models like high CLV and churn-risk clusters. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in CDP implementation and marketing analytics. - Hands-on experience with tools like Hightouch, Segment, mParticle, Treasure Data, Amperity, Simon data, or Salesforce CDP (Experience in any one tool is mandatory). - Exposure to MLOps practices and model monitoring pipelines. - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Experience with cloud platforms and tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake. - Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, transformers). - Experience deploying GenAI applications and understanding of LLM frameworks. - Familiarity with campaign attribution models, marketing funnels, and retention strategies. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
