As a Customer Coordination Commissioning Engineer, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and successful project commissioning. You will be responsible for managing commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely execution of automation and control system projects. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Plan, execute, and oversee the commissioning of control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA). Conduct site walk-downs, system testing, and verification of I/O interfaces. Support customers in understanding system functionality and troubleshooting issues. Coordinate with engineering teams for logic simulation, system integration, and testing. Assist in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during commissioning. Document commissioning processes and report project status to stakeholders. Provide post-commissioning support and customer training on system operations.
