Customer Contact Communications Representatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact professionally with US-based customer service representatives.
  • Handle queries and communication tasks with clarity and confidence.
  • Maintain courteous and accurate communication across all interactions.
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues as per guidelines.
  • Adhere to company standards, quality protocols, and shift schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Freshers with strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are welcome.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, with a preference for night shifts.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles is an advantage.
