Experience of managing lab scale product development, pilot scale production and plant scale production. Roles and Responsibilities: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless scale-up from lab to commercial production. Spearhead process design and optimization to improve efficiency, cost, and sustainability. Lead initiatives in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and technology adoption to enhance process capabilities. Develop and implement best-in-class safety and quality protocols.
