Customer Care / Technical Support Specialist

As an experienced Clinical Trial EDC professional, you will be responsible for working with EDC systems like Veeva, RAVE, or Oracle, as well as reporting tools such as JReview, Spotfire, Jupyter Labs, and SQL. Your technical skills should include familiarity with troubleshooting tools like JIRA and Dynamics, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Excel, PowerPoint, and Dynamics. It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of web technologies and services like RESTful APIs, SOAP, and database technologies like Java, Python, and SQL. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in Clinical Trial EDC systems and reporting tools to effectively manage data. - Troubleshoot issues using tools such as JIRA and Dynamics. - Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in issue resolution. - Manage multiple requests simultaneously with prioritization. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Trial EDC or Reporting. - Proficiency in EDC systems like Veeva, RAVE, or Oracle, and reporting tools like JReview, Spotfire, Jupyter Labs, and SQL. - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as JIRA and Dynamics. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Problem-solving abilities. - Customer-centric mindset. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
