Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a Graduate qualification. Advanced Excel knowledge is required, and the candidate must have managed a team for at least 2 years.,
