Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for undelivered or refused shipments.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries with clarity and empathy.
  • Identify reasons for delivery failures and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Record all call details and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the supervisor as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in

    English, Hindi, and Bengali

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused and empathetic attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
