Identify and escalate issues to management as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. Requirements: 1. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
