Location: Gurugram (Onsite) | Full-time


We’re looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to handle end-to-end customer queries for our e-commerce brand and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, WhatsApp & social media
  • Resolve order, delivery, return, refund & size-related issues
  • Coordinate with logistics & internal teams for quick resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups


Requirements:


  • 1–3 years experience in e-commerce customer support
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM/tools is a plus
