Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Bengaluru. The Customer Care Representative will handle day-to-day responsibilities that include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing exceptional customer support, maintaining effective communication, and upholding a high standard of service to meet customer needs and expectations.
