Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Trivandrum for a Customer Care Professional. The Customer Care Professional will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service. The role involves addressing customer concerns, analyzing feedback, and coordinating with different teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions
• Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Teamwork and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various departments
• Adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to tasks
• Prior experience in customer care or service roles is a plus
• Fresher completed MBA/BBA with good communication skills can also apply.
