Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Trivandrum for a Customer Care Professional. The Customer Care Professional will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service. The role involves addressing customer concerns, analyzing feedback, and coordinating with different teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Communication and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer concerns effectively Teamwork and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various departments Adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to tasks Prior experience in customer care or service roles is a plus Fresher completed MBA/BBA with good communication skills can also apply.
