Key Responsibilities1. Patient Care Coordination Oversee daily operations of home healthcare services, ensuring timely and quality care delivery. Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the home healthcare market. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients to promote services. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. * Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR). Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales or business development within the healthcare sector.
