Customer Care Officer (CCO)

As a Patient Care Coordinator in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of home healthcare services to ensure timely and quality care delivery. You will collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, as well as address patient inquiries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the home healthcare market - Building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients to promote services - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Skills required for this role: - Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in sales or business development within the healthcare sector - Proficiency in local languages such as Kannada and Hindi would be an advantage This is a Full-time job with a Morning shift schedule.
