Customer Care Manager

As a Customer Care Manager at our Apparels Manufacturing Unit in Chalakudy, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing customer care operations and ensuring exceptional client service. Your 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, coupled with a post-graduate degree, will be crucial in handling client communication, resolving concerns, and collaborating with internal teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise customer care operations, aligning with sales and production departments. - Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management for both new and existing clients. - Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery. - Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. - Maintain and update customer records, feedback, and service logs using digital tools. - Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Prepare and deliver customer service reports, feedback summaries, and process improvements. - Engage in sales strategy discussions and provide support for business development activities. - Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and service quality in all interactions. - Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order tracking and issue resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 15 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or marketing roles. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic software. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced factory environment. - Confident and mature personality with leadership qualities. In addition to the above requirements, only female candidates between 35 to 45 years of age are eligible for this position.
