Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a functional computer/laptop.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
