Job Description

Vishal Mega Mart, one of the pioneers of retailing in India, is represented through 700+ stores across the length and breadth of the country. The brand targets lower middle income customers of India and its mission is to make their aspirations affordable.


Job Summary:

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in handling customer queries & grievances
  • Experience in Outbound / Inbound / Tickets / Chat process
  • Ability to handle high flow
  • Ensure prompt resolution with a customer-centric approach
  • Work in fixed Day shifts with rotational week offs.
  • 5 Days working


Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required
  • Prior experience in Customer Service, especially in Retail is preferred
