Customer Care Executive

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, chats, and emails for flight support
  • Guide customers on airline policies and self-service
  • Convert leads to bookings, upsell services
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, meet sales and service targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years airline/travel sales & service experience
  • Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, closing skills
  • own transport facility

  • Rotational shifts (24x7), office-based
  • weekly 2 offs
