Job Description

 Respond to incoming customer queries over chat promptly, clearly, and professionally.  Understand customer concerns and provide accurate product knowledge, guidance, or  resolution in line with SOPs.  Deliver empathetic and solution-oriented customer interactions to maximize  satisfaction.  Document all interactions in internal systems for audit, quality, and tracking purposes.  Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously with speed and precision.  Conduct outbound follow-ups to ensure issue resolution and treatment adherence. Candidate Requirements  Excellent spoken English – Versant Level 4 & above.  Strong command over both Hindi and English (spoken and written).  Graduate or Undergraduate candidates accepted.  Prior experience in customer service (chat/voice) is an advantage
