Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and discharge processes.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding hospital services, doctors availability, and procedures.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately.
  • Resolve patient complaints or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
  • Ensure all customer service protocols and quality standards are followed.
  • Educate patients on hospital policies, procedures, and available services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies, especially those related to patient rights and information.

Preferred candidate profile
