Job Summary The Customer Care Executive (Front End Showroom) will be responsible for greeting visitors, assisting customers with product information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and welcoming showroom environment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Key Responsibilities Greeting & Assistance: Welcome visitors and clients warmly, offering assistance and guiding them through the showroom. Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer questions regarding products, services, and promotions. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations. Lead Generation & Follow-up: Collect customer details and follow up on potential leads or inquiries as needed.
