Key Responsibilities:
✔ Client Communication – Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.
✔ Appointment Scheduling – Book, confirm, and follow up on client appointments.
✔ Lead Generation & Follow-Ups – Engage with potential clients and ensure proper follow-ups.
✔ Customer Assistance – Provide details on therapy sessions, fees, and psychologist availability.
✔ Maintain Records – Update client interactions and appointment status in the system.
✔ Feedback & Support – Collect feedback and address customer concerns promptly.
✔ Coordination with Teams – Work closely with psychologists and administrative staff.
Requirements:
✔ Education: Minimum 12th pass / Bachelor's degree preferred.
✔ Experience: 1+ year in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare support (preferred).
✔ Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and call-handling software.
✔ Professionalism: Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle customer queries calmly.
