Job Title: Consultant Psychologist Company: SoftMind Wellness Private Limited Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kakkanad Kochi and Calicut Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities ✔ Conduct in-depth psychological assessments and deliver therapy sessions grounded in neuroscience and evidence-based practices. ✔ Provide individual, group, and family counseling, focusing on clinical precision rather than pop psychology approaches. ✔ Implement structured interventions including CBT, mindfulness-based therapies, and neuroscience-informed methods. ✔ Maintain detailed client records while adhering to the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professional integrity. ✔ Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied mental health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care. ✔ Develop personalized treatment plans rooted in scientific understanding of brain–mind–body health, and monitor progress closely. ✔ Lead mental health awareness initiatives, wellness programs, and preventive workshops that emphasize scientific credibility. Requirements ✔ Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in psychotherapy or counseling, with a focus on evidence-based practice. ✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster genuine therapeutic alliances. ✔ Ability to manage a wide spectrum of psychological conditions with clinical rigor and empathy. ✔ Fluency in English and Malayalam (preferred).
