Job Responsibilities

✔ Conduct in-depth psychological assessments and deliver therapy sessions grounded in neuroscience and evidence-based practices.
✔ Provide individual, group, and family counseling, focusing on clinical precision rather than pop psychology approaches.✔ Implement structured interventions including CBT, mindfulness-based therapies, and neuroscience-informed methods.✔ Maintain detailed client records while adhering to the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professional integrity.✔ Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied mental health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care.✔ Develop personalized treatment plans rooted in scientific understanding of brain–mind–body health, and monitor progress closely.✔ Lead mental health awareness initiatives, wellness programs, and preventive workshops that emphasize scientific credibility.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in psychotherapy or counseling, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster genuine therapeutic alliances.✔ Ability to manage a wide spectrum of psychological conditions with clinical rigor and empathy.✔ Fluency in English and Malayalam (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
