Position: Customer Care Executive US Travel Process Job Type: Full-time Shifts: Rotational shifts Week Off: Rotational Cab Facility: Both sides provided Salary: 35,000 40,000 (Based on last drawn salary and experience) Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to travel bookings for US clients. Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel support. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively. Work in alignment with company policies and US time zones. Requirements Mandatory: Experience in the US Travel process (No domestic process experience accepted) Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) Good knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.
