  JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Support Executive      Job Title: Customer Support Executive      Department : Customer Service / Support      Location : Lucknow      Employment Type : Full – time       Job Summary      We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to handle customer quaries, resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction across all communication channels   calls,emails, chats, etc.)                               Respond promptly  to customer inquiries via phone , email,or chat ·        Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally ·        Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers ·        Documents customer interaction teams in CRM software ·        Coordinate with internal teams for issues resolution ·        Meet performance metrics such as response time , satisfaction score,etc.      Required Qualifications ·        Minimum  Graduate in any field ·        0-6 month of experience in Customer support or similar roles      Key Skills ·        Excellent verbal and written communication ( English and Hindi ) ·        Good listening and problem – solving abilities ·        Familiarity with basic computer usage ·        Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure
