Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at Rentokil PCI, you will play a crucial role in contact management to enhance customer relationships, thereby ensuring customer retention. You will be an integral part of a diverse team, collaborating with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include setting targets for renewals based on the monthly portfolio, supporting branches in retention and revenue growth through price increases and up-selling, managing complaints promptly, identifying alert customers for account revival, providing recommendations for branch improvement, conducting regular reviews, and analyzing data to enhance performance month-on-month. Additionally, you will be required to share monthly dashboards with analysis and recommendations. Key Result Areas for this role encompass managing residential and commercial renewals, achieving budgeted profit through price increases, generating leads and converting them, as well as ensuring customer retention. To excel in this role, essential competencies include attentiveness, clear communication skills, the ability to use positive language, effective time management, and proficiency in data analysis. The educational qualification required for this position is graduation. As an Individual Contributor, you will closely work with the internal team and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
