Job description Role: Customer Care Executive Location : Noida Sector-135 Industry: Finance Locker Employment Type: Full Time Company Name : Red Wolf Hi-Tech Pvt.Ltd Job Type: Full Time Salary: 10,000-17,000 (Per Month)+ Attractive Incentives * Tasks and responsibilities: Reach out to clients via telephonic call (contact details will be provided by us) Connect communicate the required points Report the call details in the given format Make follow-up calls Report the day-to-day updates Handle other related tasks Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
