Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Care Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in healthcare and a good understanding of pathology and diseases. The role involves assisting patients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience for all My MD Dr. patients. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and clients, addressing inquiries about lab tests, services, and healthcare offerings. - Provide accurate information regarding health conditions, diagnostic tests, and disease management in a clear and empathetic manner. - Assist in scheduling appointments for home visits, lab tests, and consultations. - Support patients with the process of booking tests, understanding their reports, and follow-ups on prescribed services. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and efficient responses to queries and complaints. - Coordinate with the operations and medical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Provide education to patients about available services, including preventive healthcare programs and wellness packages. - Stay updated on common diseases, lab tests, and the company’s services to offer informed advice to patients. - Resolve issues and complaints effectively, ensuring patient concerns are addressed and followed up. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field. - 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer care or support, preferably in a healthcare or pathology services company. - Strong understanding of pathology, common diseases, and diagnostic services. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Empathetic, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. - Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage patient queries effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Preferred: - Prior experience in healthcare customer service, specifically in pathology labs or diagnostic services. - Knowledge of common diagnostic tests and disease management Work Shift - Evening Shift Time - 2 PM to 11 PM
