Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle all incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and courteously.
Attend management and emergency (7000) calls on priority; announce emergency codes via PA system and note clear location details.
Connect doctors, staff, and departments accurately and promptly.
Inform doctors about meetings and maintain daily records of doctor availability and leave.
Record patient-related calls and raise bills as required.
Coordinate emergency calls as per the approved list.
Report faults or damages to Maintenance and inform the HOD.
Maintain professionalism; avoid unnecessary conversations.
Ensure accuracy, speed, and courtesy at all times.
Work in shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends as assigned.
Do not leave duty until relieved.
Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD/superiors.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate:
B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, B.B.A
Engineering graduates (B.E / B.Tech) are not eligible
Freshers and experienced candidates
may apply
Willing to work in
rotational shifts
Good communication skills
in
English and Tamil
