1. Answering calls and responding to inquiries promptly.
2. Provide accurate and relevant information regarding ambulance service availability, charges, procedures, and other related inquiries.
3. Assist customers with emergency and non-emergency ambulance bookings, ensuring clear communication and accurate information.
4. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues, offering assistance in a calm and professional manner.
5. Maintain and update customer records, service requests, and appointment details in the system.
6. Communicate with paramedics and emergency medical teams to ensure all necessary medical equipment and personnel are available for each call.
