As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat platforms. This is a part-time position with both day and night shifts available, and you will be required to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a calm and empathetic manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts when interacting with customers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective customer support.
