Customer Care Executive

Pay: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month (Plus Incentives, TA & Mobile Allowance)

We are looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and customer-focused candidate for Software Support, with basic marketing responsibilities as an add-on.

Primary Job Role: Software Support

This is mainly a Software Support & Client Handling job.
The candidate will receive complete training on our software products.

Support Responsibilities

• Visit clients in Satara city & MIDC areas for software support
• Install, configure, and explain our software to new and existing clients
• Resolve client issues as per schedules provided by Head Office
• Provide on-site training and demos when required
• Maintain daily support reports and communication with HO
• Ensure client satisfaction and timely follow-up

Secondary Job Role: Basic Marketing (Add-On Responsibility)

Along with support, the candidate will also handle small-scale marketing tasks:

• Promote Inventive Infotech products to new clients during visits
• Work on leads provided by the company
• Generate small local leads via personal network
• Close basic sales with one-to-one communication (training provided)

• Ability to handle objections and rejections
• Strong follow-up habits

Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma / Degree Holder

Must Requirements

• Male candidate only (field job + support visits)
• Own 2-wheeler (mandatory)
• Good-condition Android phone
• Should be able to commit for minimum 1 year

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates living in Satara city or within 5 km radius
• Prior experience in Satara MIDC sector as Support or Marketing Executive is an added advantage

Salary Structure

• Basic Salary + Incentive
• Travel Allowance (TA) + Mobile Allowance
