  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product or service information

  • Ensure professionalism, empathy, and a positive customer experience on every call

  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system

  • Achieve performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service

  • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)

  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US/UK timings

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
