Handle inbound and outbound calls from international (US/UK) customers
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product or service information
Ensure professionalism, empathy, and a positive customer experience on every call
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Achieve performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US/UK timings
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
