Trainer, Customer Care Executive
This role is responsible for Teaching, Data Entry in specific Software, New Candidates Counselling.
(handling customer calls, QRC (Query request complain), face to face interaction with client / customer and CCE)
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree.
Required 1 year of experience in relevant fields.
o Handling CRM software, problem-solving skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
