Job Description

Keep the CRM system updated with correct customer details. Organize customers into groups based on their interests. Improve the CRM process so the sales team works more smoothly.

Keep track of leads and follow up with them on time. Help turn leads into customers by staying in touch and sharing helpful information.

Listen to customer feedback and find ways to make them happier.

Create simple reports to show how we are doing with leads and customer contacts. Share ideas based on data to help improve our sales and service.

Help the customer support team solve client problems quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
