Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Multilingual Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and chat. A key requirement is providing fluent and professional support in the Hindi language.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and effective troubleshooting.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Technical Support, Management) when necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Strive for first-call resolution and contribute to consistently high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Qualifications

  • Language Fluency: Mandatory fluency in the Hindi language (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience: 1 years of experience in a customer service/Fresher
  • Soft Skills: High level of patience, empathy, and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Education:Any degree
  • SALARY:Best in industry
