Role: Customer Care / Customer Support (Female candidates only)

Location: Delhi (Okhla)
Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and basic knowledge of Excel to manage and track customer returns and replacements efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Customer Support / RMA / After-Sales Service can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,251.59 - ₹20,605.87 per month

Work Location: In person
