Eco G Product is a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly and biodegradable products. Our mission is to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainable alternatives. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to help us connect with businesses and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
• Explain our eco-friendly products and their benefits.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
• Maintain customer databases and update records.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in [English, Tamil].
• Previous experience in telecalling/telesales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to explain products confidently and handle customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and data entry.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products (a plus!).
