Greet and assist patients at the lab reception in a polite and professional manner.
Handle patient inquiries regarding tests, reports, pricing, and turnaround time (TAT).
Register patients accurately in the system and generate bills/receipts.
Coordinate with phlebotomy and laboratory teams for smooth patient flow.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Address patient concerns, complaints, and escalations empathetically.
Ensure proper documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Guide patients on report collection (online/offline) and payment procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per lab protocols.
Support home collection coordination when required.
