Roles and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall showroom experience.
Maintain updated customer records and follow up on leads or special orders.
Support sales targets and work closely with the sales and marketing team.
Coordinate with back-office teams for order processing, billing, and delivery.
Maintain product knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Contribute to visual merchandising and showroom presentation.

Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in the jewellery industry or Luxury Retail preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi
Excellent product knowledge
